The system cannot find the drive specified. IMPOSSIBLE TO REINSTAL SYSTEM

Post by Taxista »

Hello, I am trying to follow the procedure to reinstal the system but after the initial steps the Startnet.cmd windows alert that:

Making directories...
Thesystemcannot find the drive specified.
"Failed to make w:"\recycler\scratch directory"

An error has been detected.
The system cannot find the drive specified....

the script after that ends and there is no way to install the system..

what can I do?

Attached printscreens

Please try to shut down and restart. Press the F7 key during startup until you enter the quick startup interface. Take a photo in this interface, and we will find out if your hard drive is lost.

The system installation failed, possibly because the system files in the U disk are incomplete. Check with customer service whether the U disk file is correct. If there is no problem with the U disk file, it may be a hard disk problem. It is recommended to replace the SSD
