Wintel Pro - Windows 8.1 - Won't Boot

Hello,

As you can see from the attachments my windows 8.1 Wintel Pro won't booth any further than this. When I go into the bios it does come up and mentions this being a Windows 8.1 advise. Any recommendations for next steps / troubleshooting?

I would try a reinstallation of the system. You can download the system here, as well as watch or download and watch the installation instruction video.

You won't need to download and install the drivers, as those are already included with the system installation.
