Dear all,
actually i am quite happy with my new ACEPC CK6 but the Wi-Fi connection is terrible unstable. It will connect successfully but after 60-120 Seconds disconnected and then reconnect again. It has nothing to do with my router, because I have a lot of Laptops, tablets and mobile phones connected to it and all work perfectly. Just the CK6 won't do.
The router is by the way a professional one from Lancom, a 1793VAW.
And it doesn't matter whether the CK6 is 50cm or 5m away from the router - situation always same.
I guess it's something on the driver (where do I get the latest one?) Or some setting.
What can I do to fix it?
Thanks for your support!
Wolfgang

Hello, the problem has been reported to the professional technicians. You can open the device manager to check whether the driver is abnormal. This is the download link for all CK6 drivers:

Re: ACEPC CK6 WLAN unstable - disconnecting itself
Hello,
i tried the latest drivers, actually seems those were exactly the ones which were installed already. Anyhow did install them. Unfortunately no improvement.
Temporarily i connected now a TPLINK ARCHERT3+ (USB WLAN Stick) to the ACEPC. Result - WOW: WLAN works imemdiately, is stable, full signal strength, speed 144 MBit/s (i think thats the max. my Router allows). And what i experienced when the original Realtek was connected (it works sometimes for 60-120 Seconds or so) was that even it showed a speed of 54 MBit/s there were always terrible delays when opening a Webpage. Real speed seemed to be much below the shown value and terrible delays occured before webpages were opened. None of that with the TP-Link. Pages open immediately.
I still want the internal WLAN to be working but this experience strengthens my opinion that there is a serious hardware or driver problem with the internal Realtek WLAN receiver.
