AK2 second HDMI port won't work

Hi - I have an AK2, the second HDMI port doesn't seem to be active or working. I can't get into the BIOS (F7 or delete key), that just hands at the ACEPC logo screen. Anyone know what might be the problem? I've tried several different, known good, monitors.

Hello, you can try to switch the signal source of the monitor. If you are using a Bluetooth keyboard, it will not work until you enter the desktop.

The monitor is set to HDMI, I've also set the monitor to auto. Neither works.
