Hi
I've recently purchased an AK2. So far it's been great except for one problem. Nothing wakes the screen from standby, sleep, etc. Hitting keys, moving mouse, etc., no result.
If I move the HDMI cable from one port to the other it comes up. The next time it goes to sleep I then have to move the cable back to the other socket and the screen comes back to life.
Any ideas?
Cheers
Steve
No screen after sleep until switch HDMI port
Re: No screen after sleep until switch HDMI port
If it were me I would start with Resolution Method 3. If I find the time I may explore how this works on my machine.stedav99 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 05, 2021 10:57 am Hi

Re: No screen after sleep until switch HDMI port
stedav99,
Are your mouse and keyboard Bluetooth, by chance? The reason I ask is that Bluetooth mice and keyboards can't wake a computer from sleep, as the Bluetooth is deactivated when the unit enters sleep.

Re: No screen after sleep until switch HDMI port
Hi All
Thanks for all he input so far. For clarification the mouse and keyboard are Logitech Wireless via a 4 port HDMI KVM switch. The 3 other PCs hanging off this switch ( Win10, SuSE & Fedora) all wake perfectly.
On the ACEPC anything remotely connected to mouse / keyboard operation I've disabled 'Allow to sleep' and checked 'Allow to wake'. In power settings I got 'Never sleep' for both Display and Computer.
The only thing that wakes the display is physically moving the HDMI cable from one port to another.
Cheers

Re: No screen after sleep until switch HDMI port
Hello, you can try to reinstall the system as a Home version system. This will also solve your problem. If you have ideas, please let me know.
