T11 led appears red and turns off

Post by jesusigl »

When I turn on my T11 the led appears red and turns off.
After several attempts it has been able to start up and it works correctly but the LED is off.
I have been using it for 3 days, what could be the problem?

Hello, first of all, sorry for not being able to reply to the message in time. The BIOS settings may cause this, and it will not be able to boot under normal circumstances. A red light appears at this time to indicate that there is a problem with the BIOS settings. You can restore the machine to normal settings through BIOS discharge. This will not affect your computer data.
If you want, this is the T11 discharge tutorial:

Hello, if you can enter the desktop and work normally, you don't need to care about this problem. It may be an LED display problem. We will follow up on your use. You can contact us at any time.
