Hi,
I recently bought an AK1 and I have the same problem, when I start the pc time&date begins again from the previous time&date of the shut-down.
In Win10 I have tried everything without success.
The solution shown in the video is valid for the AK1 model too?
Opening the case don't void the warranty?
tnx
Flavio

Re: Wrong Date & Time after Shutdown
Hello, I will confirm some conditions before answering the question.
After the machine is turned on, how does the light of the machine change? Is there anything displayed on the screen?
In the previous video, we showed the discharge step, which is suitable for the situation where there is no display when booting. Still, we need to confirm your specific situation. Disassembling the machine will not affect the warranty. Please rest assured.

Re: Wrong Date & Time after Shutdown
When I turn the pc on the light is blue,
on the screen after 1 sec appear the APCPC logo for 2-3 sec , then disappear for few secs and then it is shown the desktop. The wi-fi connect regularly and the pc works well ... except date & time.
I have already tried all the tips given in this article without success

Hello, this may be caused by the BIOS. As before, you can try to discharge the BIOS. If it still does not work, you need to replace the BIOS battery to solve it.
