AK3 Mic Entry not working properly

Hello, i just received the ak3v today and after installation, i plugged my headset into the Jack plug but no one can understand me cause they don t hear me properly ,as it cutting my voice every 2 secondes, the headset is working properly on all my other device, please let me know if i need to return the PC, thank you

Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar, open the sound control panel, select the second microphone to check whether the microphone is in headset mode
