Hello,
My AK1 seems faulty pc too. I try the first day to use the expansion case supplied from the box. And no HDD SATA is showing up in BIOS neither in Disk Management !
Coud any user of AK1 post some screenshots of valid AK1 with Disk Management showing the additional SATA Disk in its expansion case ?

Happy owner of a AK1 8GB+256GB purchased on March 2021, pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro 2004. My first AK1 was very defective, and my demand to aftersales got solved on May 17th, with replacement of the bad unit, now all is fine.

Hello, this may be a failure of the hard disk box, please contact our after-sales mailbox: service@iacepc.com. We will replace you with a new hard disk box.
