AK1 Mini keeps rebooting.

AK1 Mini PC,ACEPC Window 10 pro Celeron J3455 Processor,8GB RAM 256 ROM Mini Desktop Computer,Support 4K /Dual Band WiFi/Gigabit Ethernet/BT 4.2…

I purchased an AK1 on the 29th of December and it's just gone out of the date of the return for Amazon.

For the last week, I have had continuous problems with the AK1, the mini pc has been shutting down after being turned on, I end up with a blank screen so I have to pull out the power lead for a few minutes. I then power up again and immediately get the bios page. I get it to load the default bios settings and save them. I can then boot back into windows 10. After a few minutes it shuts down again and I have to go through the same procedure again.

However, I did notice whilst browsing the bios setting for NVME it does say " NO NVME found". I rather suspect that the NVME is faulty and beginning to fail which really needs to be replaced under warranty.

Hello, this question is extraordinary. Let us rule out some situations. First of all, please make sure that the hard disk is connected normally. How does the lighting of the machine change when you turn it on?

AK1 has no Nvme hard disk, so it has nothing to do with NVME.

Hi, Many thanks for your reply. The lights on startup and all through the procedure were blue. I started to think about what could be the causes, windows 10 update. Yes it had partially installed KB5000802. I removed another update from last month and all seemed ok for a few days. The KB5000802 update has re-installed correctly but my problems have started again. I have re-started (15.45hrs -17 March) the acepc again and will see how long it runs.
I can't access the main part of pc due to no screw drivers that will fit the screws fitted.

You can try to reinstall the system and turn off the automatic update. This will solve your problem. You can visit this link: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=706.

Many thanks, it shut down at 5.51 am this morning. Did a reboot and it shut down within two minutes again, just now .I will try your suggestions and see what happens. Cheers
