AK2 booting to Aptio Setup Utility

I have an AK2 that I purchased on Jan 11 2021. It has been running just fine until today. This morning it was on the Aptio Setup Utility screen and I refuses to boot to anything else. What are the typical causes of this?

Hello，Please turn on the pc firstly. And then press and hold the DEL key until enter the BIOS. Under Boot Options -----Boot option#1-------choose "windows boot Manager," then press F4 to save and exit.

I have the same problem with my AK2 which I bought in December 2020.

You suggest..."Boot option#1-------choose "windows boot Manager," then press F4 to save and exit"

I have tried this and it doesn't work. I am still stuck in Aptio Setup Utility. Please advise how to resolve this.

I don't see a windows boot manager as an option

Unfortunately, this is because the system is damaged, and the system disappears. Please install this method to reinstall the system.

I have exactly the same issue from a new AK3 straight out of the box from Amazon.
You must be joking when you say we need to go through a Windows install to get it going!
What the heck would a normal non-tech user do?

I purchased this PC in good faith with the expectation it would just plug and play.
If you are saying I need to so work to get it going as it should then it will go straight back in the box and be returned to Amazon.

Is this the route I should take?

None of this is working for me. I just cannot get out of the Setup Utility.
Can anyone please help?

When starting, press the ESC or Del key on the keyboard to enter Bios, then go to the BooT option to find the first startup item, and set the system disk, press F4 to save, can you enter the system?

Now it is going into
"boot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press key"
I cannot get out of that now.

Hello, please download the official os file, and use the U disk to reinstall the system to solve the current problem
