I just received an AK1 last week and started the setup to add to our domain. I left it running Windows update Friday evening and when I came in on Monday morning there was no video. I could not get video after a few reboots and after swapping monitors.
I finally popped the cover open to look for issues and a small chunk of metal dropped out onto the table. The CPU Heatsink had come loose inside the case and now the unit has probably burned up.
There is a very brief flash of red light when I plug it in, but it doesn't power up at all.
