webcam flickering with ak3

I have just bought a new
ACEPC Mini PC Windows 10 Pro
Intel Celeron Processor J4125
8GB DDR4 120GB eMMC

I've just bought a new webcam tried it and all the apps i used the picture on the camera flickers, ive tried the power saving changes recommended on google videos etc but nothing worked, i plugged the webcam into all the usb ports incase that was an issue, also updated all the intel drivers but still no luck.

i plugged the webcam into my laptop and it worked fine so its not the camera, i can only assume there is an issue with the setup on the acepc or a driver etc needs changing.

any advice please.

We did not find the problem, you can check whether the driver is normal in the device manager, or contact the seller of the camera for a suitable driver file.
