USB ports not working

Hi,
3 out of 4 USB port son my T11 mini PC have stopped working?
The working port is located next to the power input.
It is a Z8350 processor model.

Hello, please tell me your purchase date. When you connect with a mouse, will only one USB port work?

I have the same problem on my T11 mini PC. 3 USB ports on my T11 mini PC have stopped working, only 1 USB port can work.
In order to fix this problem, I try to change the USB configuration of the BIOS setting (my plan is to disable the USB first and then enable the USB function again), but when I restart the T11, all USB ports stopped working. T11 can not run into BIOS setting because of there is no function on keyboard, but still can run in Win10 successfully. But can not detect any I/O devices including keyboard and mouse under Win10. I try to flash the BIOS by the method you provided on the FAQ, but still can not work. How can I fix this problem? Thanks!

Hi, yes just the one port working with any usb device connected. I purchased the unit in April 2020 via Amazon UK.

I have the same problem on my T11 Z8350 model. All windows updates installed, no errors showing in Device Manager, Can't install BIOS update as need keyboard and usb drive for this and can only have one at a time

Hello ACEPC,

A similar issue with mine although all of my USB ports are dead. The machine won't boot and can't access the BIOS or startup functions.

An answer to this would be greatly appreciated as these machines are not exactly cheap and although mine is out of warranty, it has had very little use.

I await your prompt response.

Do you see any indication that the unit is getting power? Do you see a blue or red light?

Hello, Sorry it appears my last post did not work. To answer your question, yes the blue light comes on when the unit is powered on. I think the problem is that the usb ports do not work so my keystrokes to enter the bios are not recognised by the unit. Is there anyway to reset the BIOS to defaults using internal switches/jumpers or another method?

It is still on the shelf, broken...
