I restarted my AK3 and it said that Windows hadn't shut down properly. I restarted in Safe Mode then restarted in normal mode, at which point I got another error message.
After trying several different trouble shooting suggestions I decided to reset the whole thing. The process started fine and then went into a loop of error messages before finally getting to the point where I get:
"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click" OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation. "
No matter how many times I click" OK" it brings me to the same point and the same error message. Help!

I would reinstall the system using the ACEPC provided OS. You can download Windows 10 Pro 2004 for the AK3 here...
