Hi There,
I have an Acepc AK1 which has a powering up issue, when connected to a HDMI monitor and powered up the blue light comes up briefly then goes off.
Holding down the power button the blue LED light comes on but the screen is blank i.e. monitor shows nothing connected.
After 3 or more attempts it will start up and the computer boots up and loads Windows 10 Pro and works normally.
If left unattended for a while it goes into sleep mode but will wake up when key is pressed as normal.
If i power down the unit and press the power button it repeats the same problem.
I have disconnected the battery as per video and checked all the leads but still same problem.
I have two of these and the only difference i can see is BIOS in the one that works fine has more menu options.

Hi There,
Thank you for replying back and sorry for the delay. This was purchased from seller on eBay and the warranty had expired. The PC works when it powers up (I'm writing on it now).
I've powered up the PC using a bench power supply with the settings set as same as the mains adapter and still same issue...
