ACEPC AK1 LEDs stopped working

Hi everyone!

I have gotten a new AK1 and on the second day of use, the LEDs red/blue have stopped working. Obviously I cannot understand if the device works or not and most of the times I have to pull the power cable, put it back in (when I do that red light flashes once). Could someone help on this please?

Hello and thanks for the help. I have tried that but it seems that the LEDs are dead. Do you know from where I can buy the part please?

Unfortunately no, I checked with an electronics technician and he confirmed that the part is dead. So I would like to buy the part in order to replace it please.
