through the intel driver support assistant utility i updated the version video driver
27.20.100.9126 now the pc suddenly turns off even if I am using it, I have turned off the energy saving, what can I do ?

I would go to the File Download section and download the drivers for your specific model, then reinstall the video driver from that driver file.
If that doesn't work, I would go to the same section, download the Windows 10 2004 operating system for the specific model and install it using the posted instructions.
