With AK1, exit Aptio Setup Utility

Post by fabriziovolpe1955 »

Good morning to you. At the beginning of December I bought an AK1 to use it in streaming TV viewing. For about ten days everything was fine, then suddenly one morning when I turned on the BIOS (Aptio Setup Utility) screen appeared and from there I never came out. I have tried everything. I tried to reinstall Windows 10 with MediaCreationTool 20H2, but when installing updates it crashes and gives me an error. I cannot delete partition and I cannot format. I also tried your installation suitable AK1, AK2, AK3, but nothing to do, at some point it freezes due to an error and stops on X:Windows/System32. I also tried with Ubuntu. If I do the test everything works perfectly. If I try the installation at some point, as tha partition appear, the installation hangs due to errors. I do not know what to do. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, press the del key when booting, switch to the boot option after entering the bios, set WIndows boot manager #1 as the windows boot manager, and then press F4 to save and exit. If there is no such item in the picture, please repair and boot. If there is no important data, you can choose to reinstall the system. Please check first and let me know the result.

Hello and thanks for the reply. But maybe my english translation wasn't particularly brilliant because I certainly didn't make myself understood. I don't need to hit the DEL key to enter the BIOS. When I turn on the PC it enters the BIOS directly and the Windows boot manager is set regularly. I don't have important data on my PC and therefore I would like to reinstall Windows 10, but any type of installation I have tried crashes with a certain type of error. I would like to format everything when I try the installation with the usb stick but I am not allowed. Also, all the various types of key reset don't work. Please tell me a way to be able to format everything. Thanks.

Good morning. I apologize if I still abuse your precious time. I tried to install the system as you told me. Again, at some point the installation freezes and if I try to reboot I go back into the BIOS.The installation stops with this writing:
Making directories...
the system cannot find the drive specified.
"Failed to make W:\recycler\scratch directory"
Press any key to restart the PC and remove your USB device.
I'm losing hope. I have certainly done some maneuvers previously that now do not allow me to install the system. Please tell me a way to format everything. Thanks for everything.

Hello, this is a tutorial to reset personal information:
Also, what you encountered when reinstalling the system is an operational problem. If you have an idea, you can try again. If it fails, you can send us a screenshot after the failure for review. Thank you very much for your efforts.

Hello. Here I am again trying to find a way out of this block. I tried deleting partitions with Partition Guru. With the delete command everything is fine, all partitions are deleted. When I then give the save command before exiting, all the partitions reappear. I also tried reinstalling Windows 10 again. The result is always the same. I am sending you two screenshots.
Thanks for everything.

Good morning. You are right, but I took it for granted that even with the latest system for AK1 the installation hangs. Here are more screenshots in the installation of the latest system.
Sorry for the inconvenience and again many thanks.
