hi I have T11 plus.
set it a couple of weeks ago. tried to turn back on, blue LED comes on, no displays work fried both, have noticed that no lights on keyboard or mouse working.

If the display is not bright and the keyboard light is not bright, the machine is blocked, the machine is not turned on, unplug the power and try again 2 or 3 times, if it goes like this every time after sale;Email:service@iacepc.com
