AK2 CONSTANTLY CRASHING
I keep getting Windows Stopcode errors and Memory error, contact manufacturer. How do I get help, unit is only 3 months old

The admin is off for the weekend, and though I can't say with absolute certainty I think it's likely that he would recommend reinstalling the system. Before you do, and if you're able, I would be sure to save your important files and whatnot from the current system if you don't already have it backed up.
You can get Windows 10 Pro 2004 for the AK2 here...
The system installation tutorial is here...
The installation file includes all of the needed drivers, though Windows may update a few afterward, of course. If after reinstallation you still have the issue(s), I think it's likely that the admin would recommend contacting ACEPC after sales support at service@iacepc.com.

Though I've never used this method for installing the system, I believe it automatically wipes the existing install from the disk in order to perform the new installation, so you don't need to manually delete the current OS beforehand.
