Audio Drive Problem ACEPC GK1

Hello

Two years ago I bought an ACEPC GK1 Intel Gemini Lake J4105 for my father-in-law to use at home, however he hired a technician to reinstall the windows on the computer and add more space in HD, in this service when the technician reinstalled the windows the ACEPC GK1 does not recognize / install any audio driver anymore, I tried to look on the official website and in many forums including this one, but I couldn't. Could someone help me with the ACEPC GK1 audio drivers?

OtavioCJR,

I was going to suggest either installing the driver from the GK1 driver file or reinstalling the Windows for the GK1, which has all of the drivers included, but I can't find either of them.

I've private messaged the admin concerning this. He may reply directly. If he doesn't, but he gives me the links to the drivers and/or the OS, I'll reply again to give them to you.
