I have had my AK2 for just a few days and with it I bought a small 10" screen which accepts an HDMI input. I can connect the AK2 to my gaming monitor but when I connect out to the small one I cannot get a signal using the same cable etc. I realise this may not be anything I can change on the AK2 but someone might be able to help?

Check whether the HDMI cable is in good contact (re-plug and unplug to confirm that the HDMI is in good contact); replace the HDMI cable and try (use the built-in HDMI cable). Check whether the display is switched to HDMI display (VGA, HDMI, DP switch signal source is HDMI); change a display to see if there is any display (exclude 1. Make sure the display is ok, 2. Signal compatibility issues).
