CK6 Windows image and drivers please
I recently received the CK6 and was unable to install the windows updates without the device shutting down due to thermal heating. I am assuming this was the issue because the CK6 would get very hot and crash. I would let it cool down and retry the windows update and it would get a little further then shut down again. I ended up trying to just reset the PC which took over 6 hours, but now it wont reinstall windows at all. I have read here that you need an image file that includes all the drivers yet I don't see this image file for the CK6 here. Please help.

Hello, you can install a cooling fan for CK6. We are making a stable version of the drive system for CK6. Please be patient. You can receive our system before Christmas.

Do you "provide" a cooling fan option? The CK6 should have come pre-installed with a cooling fan or a decent thermal cooling option, as out of the box, the CK6 (at least my unit) gets WAY too hot. Truly, we should not have to install a cooling fan to a brand new device at it's price point so that it will function as it should out of the box. At this point my version of the CK6 is unusable. I tried to reset the device by letting windows do a clean install however this has made things even worse. The CK6 loads up to a screen that askes you to press the ESC button to continue loading the ACEPC into windows. Once pressing the ESC button it loads into the ACEPC startup then it just freezes. This is after I was able to get a successful install of Windows from a link here, but it did not specify the CK6. All the drivers seemed to load however after loading into Windows and going through all the setup instructions windows crashed and now as I mentioned, it will not load windows at all. I look forward to your updated windows image that will fix these issues but it is disappointing that your product has to use your Windows images rather than the official Windows image to work.

Hello, you can contact our after-sales mailbox: service@iacepc.com. They will solve your heat dissipation problem. We use the form of the heat sink.
Suppose you have questions about reinstalling the system. You can put it forward in the question step, the system we made is based on the official Microsoft native system. It integrates all the drivers you need. You can download the official system, but you need to continue to download the driver, which will waste a lot of time.

I contacted service@iacepc.com about my issues and they basically just told me that the new versions of the CK6 have been fixed. So much for customer service support.

The new version of CK6 has a built-in cooling fan, and the heat dissipation problem has been solved. You can contact the after-sales mailbox to get a new fan compensation.
