ACEPC T11 wont turn on

I've had the device since August 2018.

Everything was fine until yesterday (16/12/2020). Then it turned off, and will not turn on again no matter how long I hold the power button.

Is this a common problem or is the product broken/ faulty/ poorly designed for long-term use etc?

I imagine obvious issues would be in power transfer either due to the power cord or the power board on the device itself (I don't have the means to check either)

Any suggestions?

Hello, we will solve it for you. Do you respond to the monitor after turning it on? You can try to press Caps Lock and check the keyboard light. If the keyboard is plugged in and bright and has functions, you can use the keyboard hot start Ctrl+alt+del to restart and try.
