T11: WSOD
T11: WSOD
I have just acquired a T11 8GB/128GB with Windows 10, connected to a 4K TV via HDMI port. I have run Windows Update and have all latest drivers I believe. Unfortunately I am getting the "White Screen Of Death" on a regular basis (a few times per day). Can be resolved by pressing the power button twice to sleep/unsleep the PC, but obviously not ideal! Any idea how to fix this?

Re: T11: WSOD
davec,
Does anything seem to trigger the issue? Does it happen after a specific time of the unit being on?
The admin won't be back until the weekend is over, but if the answer is "no" to both of those questions and you want to try the following without waiting to see what the admin has to say, I suggest backing up any important files, and/or even the entire system if you know how to save a system image, and then reinstalling the OS.
As far as I know there is not yet an ACEPC version of Windows 10 2004 for the T11, but you can get Windows 10 1909 for the T11 here...
The installation tutorial is here...

Re: T11: WSOD
I hope you can wait patiently. Microsoft's update will always fix old bugs and generate new bugs. We have identified some problems and will release a stable 2004 system this week.
Thanks for joining the forum fans, we will become friends here. Any suggestions about the forum I am open to hearing.
