T11: 30Hz refresh on 4K video

Post by milasx »

Hello,

I have a new 4K monitor (3840x2160 resolution) and the refresh rate is only going up to 30Hz. Is this expected?
Another computer manages the full 60Hz refresh rate.
Thanks!

Hello, the maximum support is only 4K below 30MHZ.

It supports up to 4K 30 frames, and the bit rate is lower than 15000bps. Generally, it is best for MP4 decoding.
1. It is recommended to lower the monitor resolution to 1080P, which is good
2. Due to the problem of video format, some format players cannot decode well. You can consider changing to another player.
