Windows Activation Error - W5 Pro

Hello,

I have a W5 Pro that I purchased last year. I just wiped it and installed the 1909 update from here: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=69 (T8U_1909_Pro_X64_6255_en_de_es_fr_it_ru_zh_2020013.7z). I am now not able to activate windows. It is telling me "We found a Windows 10 home digital license for this device running Windows 10 Pro".

davidnard,

The first thing I would try is restarting the unit, then try the activation again. Make sure, of course, that you're connected to the internet when you do. If it still gives you this message, I would contact after sales support at service@iacepc.com. This is what I've seen the admin recommend when there is a problem with activation.
