intel processus high CPU usage

do you have a solution for the known intel processus using lot of CPU all times ?

hello,
ending this task will make the AK1 much more quiet

don't know if this process is really needed as Windows doesn't re-start it during the session.
It's very difficult to find on the Web a procedure to clear what seems a problem related to a Encryption Key which should belong to the supplier (ACEPC).
Hope somebody from ACEPC will give some info

disabling fTPM in the BIOS makes the job

This is a BUG that appeared in win10 1909. Hopefully it will be resolved in the 2004 version. You can try to uninstall unnecessary anti-virus software or other unnecessary software to improve the running speed.

1 - open task scheduler
2 - view -> show hidden task
3 - In the task scheduler library, main folder disable "Intel PTT EK Recertification" task

I have AK1 and had the same problem.
For me the solution was installing the following drivers:

Now i'm very happy and my AK1 is no more loudly
