AK1 Strange noises and PC died

Hi all,

Turned on the machine today and was not met with the normal blue light. Instead all I heard was the fan. Just bought this a few months ago.
I can see a red light on inside

Does the light of the machine keep showing red after turning on?

I can still see the red light on inside. Normally the blue light is bright, but it's like a tiny red light bulb is constantly on now. There is nothing visible on the screen either. Just a blank screen.

Can you record a video for this? We need more information to determine this issue.

Do I need permissions to add a video? I keep getting an error about the format. Tried mp4 and wmv so far.

Stingertough,

I don't believe a video can be added to a reply like a picture can. However, you can upload the video to a free file sharing service, like Google Drive or even Youtube, then post the link to the video in your reply so that it can be viewed.
