Of course, you can, but the speed of a 64-bit system is twice that of a 32-bit system.

The thing I might be concerned with is the drivers. Though Windows has built in drivers for many things, some of the ACEPC proprietary drivers may only work with a 64 bit OS. I don't know that this is the case, but it's something to consider.
