Win10 install stuck

Just setting up new AK2 Mini PC unmodernster. Win10 install stuck after collecting PIN with “Just a moment ...” spinning for hours now. Any ideas?

If you're still having the problem, the first thing to do is either disconnect or turn off your internet source. Whichever you do, the idea is to completely sever the internet connection from the unit. When this happens, it may soon give an option to skip the PIN setup. If so, you can finish the setup and then add a PIN later. Make sure to give it a few minutes after severing the internet connection to see if it will give the option to skip the PIN setup.

If this doesn't make a difference you can force a shutdown. Make sure to leave the internet disconnected or turned off. The, when you start the unit, it will pick up where it left off, but without that problem. But again, don't reconnect it to the internet until you've finished the initial setup.

I don't have an AK2, so I'm not sure how to force a shutdown if you need to. Try pressing the power button. If that doesn't work, try pressing and holding the power button in for at least five seconds. Finally, if this doesn't work, you'll likely need to disconnect/turn off the power, but hopefully using the power button will do the trick.
