Solution 2 to solve Win10 system language garbled code

Yesterday we shared the method to solve the system language garbled. See the link: viewtopic.php?f=33&t=549.

Today I will bring you the second solution.
1. Press win+R to open and run. Enter Regedit to open the editor.

2. Then, in the opened interface, find and click Associated Charset according to the path below. (Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FontAssoc\Associated Charset)

3. Then click ANSI (00) and OEM (FF) on the right to modify their numerical data to YES and then click OK.

4. If the above steps still do not work, find the locale according to the figure below's path and modify its value data to 00000804. (Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International)
