Red light on ACEPC T11 after installing SSD

Hello, I recently purchased an ACEPC T11 as well as a 240GB SSD. After installing the SSD and turning on the pc, the light on the pc was red and the monitor screen was black. I’m not sure what to do. Thank you

Please check the indicator color after removing the SSD. If it does not work, please try to discharge the BIOS.

Hello, I am unsure how you remove the gray/silver cover on top. I’ve tried everything, including removing all the screws and searching online. I still can’t find a way to remove it. Thank you for your help.

natenik,

Though I don't have a T11, there are likely screws under the foot pads. After removing these you should be able to remove the cover, though it might be catching on things like the ports and such.
