I have a T11 ACEPC that came with Windows 10 Pro, however the BIOS states it is a Windows 8.1 OS IMAGE ID. Could this be why problems appear sometimes. The most recent example is a network adapter (Broadcom 802.11ac WDI SDIO Adapter) has constantly disconnected itself. The fast fix is to disable then enable the device to in Device Manager only to have disconnection occur in a matter of minutes. Restarting also works for a short time.
I have changed the battery per your instruction because the clock was malfunctioning. Since then I have experienced no problem with the clock. For that I thank you.

It wouldn't be the BIOS, or at least nothing having to do with the image label. I don't know if the BIOS image label is added by the company and they just haven't changed it since the units were originally released with Windows 8.1, or if it's gleaned from the product key, which in this case may still be from Windows 8.1 keys (which is fine for Windows 10), but either way it wouldn't have any effect on the operation of the unit.
I would try reinstalling the driver for the adapter.

If that doesn't work, it's likely that the admin would recommend reinstalling the OS, which actually comes with the drivers pre-installed. If you do reinstall the OS, however, please remember to backup your important files and such before doing so.
