AM21 - Black Screen when 2 devices pluged into HDMI

Hello,
I have the monitor connected to HDMI 1. When I now connect a soundbar to HDMI 2, the monitor goes black and there's no picture. Only when I remove the second HDMI cable do I get a picture again. What could be causing this?

My device: NiPoGi AM21

Your problem may be caused by the HDMI-CEC function of the device or the mismatch of HDCP (High Definition Content Protection) versions between the soundbar and the display. If your soundbar uses an HDMI ARC/eARC connection, make sure it is plugged into the dedicated ARC port on the display. If your display does not have an ARC port, you can try connecting the soundbar using an optical (TOSLINK) or 3.5mm audio cable instead of HDMI.

Vielen Dank für Ihre schnelle Antwort. Ich hatte mir gestern auch schon gedacht, dass es am ARC liegen kann und den HDMI Eingang der Soundbar gewechselt, danach funktionierte es. Da hätte ich auch vorher selber drauf kommen, was können, was mich im nachhinein ärgert... Aber vielleicht hilft es anderen Usern mir einem ähnlichen Problem.
