No signal appears on the monitor Acemagic tank 03

Post by Rodrigo Coelho »

Hello
I have an Acemagic Tank 03 i7 RTX 3060 and nothing appears on the monitor.
The PC turns on but nothing appears on the monitor.
Could it be from Bios?
Can you help me?

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Revert to Original Hardware
If any hardware (memory or hard drive) has been replaced, we recommend reverting to the original hardware to rule out any compatibility issues.

2. Restore BIOS to Default Settings
If you have changed any BIOS settings, it is advised to restore the BIOS to its default settings.

3. Check Keyboard and Mouse Connection
If the above settings are default, check the indicator lights on the Tank03 keyboard and mouse. If the lights are functioning, it means the motherboard is receiving proper power.

4. *Reinstall Memory
- Disconnect all peripheral devices (including the power adapter).
- Reinstall the memory module. Refer to the video tutorial: [How to Reinstall Memory]

Note: Always disconnect the power adapter before changing memory modules.
- Use an eraser to gently clean the metal contacts on the memory module, and use compressed air to clean the memory slot.

5. Final Check
After successfully reinstalling the memory, reconnect the power adapter and turn on the computer. If you've replaced any hardware, allow a few minutes for the system to adapt. If there is still no response, try re-plugging the HDMI cable.

I've done all the steps, but the problem continues.

How do I reset the bios?

One of the problems has been resolved.
Now it's time to update the nvidia drivers.
How do I do this?

Hello Rodrigo Coelho. Hope you are doing well. I encountered the same problem. I disabled onboard Graphics (Intel) in BIOS to enable Discrete Graphics (Nvidia RTX 3080) to play Games using Nvidia Card, but since then there is no display output from the Unit. How did you reset the BIOS settings without seeing the BIOS settings?

Press and hold or repeatedly press the Delete key on startup to enter the BIOS.

I can think of two possibilities...

1. You're using a Bluetooth keyboard. Bluetooth only activates once Windows itself starts, so Bluetooth keyboards can't be used to access the BIOS or the F7 Boot screen.

2. Your monitor isn't compatible with the video output of the BIOS. With two of my mini PCs (AM06 Pro and AMR5) I have to switch to a different monitor or use my TV when I need to enter the BIOS, as this monitor isn't compatible with the output of the video for the BIOS with those two PCs.
