All’improvviso il portatile ha smesso di funzionare. Non riesco né a spegnerlo né a fare nulla.

Have you tried contacting Support, listed on the back of your system?
Does the power cable appear to work? Does anything light up? Try holding the power button down for 20 seconds, then let it go, and try again.
If you feel comfortable taking it apart, you could also disconnect the battery and CMOS battery, wait, then reconnect them and see if that helps.
