boot loop?

I habe a GK3V (GK1_V25A written on the mainboard) that fails to boot.

As I plug in the power, the following happens:

1- blue light on, fan starts
2 - after 5 seconds blue light still on but fan stops
3 - after 30 seconds or so blue light flashes twice and goes back to step 1


Any help? Thanks a lot!

I would try the following procedure. It's demonstrated on an AK3, but barring the difference in case style, the actual discharge procedure is the same.

I tried it but had no luck. Also, from time to time the ACEPC boot logo shows up and there is number 99 in the bottom-left corner. Then, the loop goes on.
