1 - Wired RJ45
2 - I choose wireless only for portable devices, like laptops, tablets, or phones.
3 - Wired is more stable and faster.

I've always preferred wired networking. My house is wired with Cat-5A in every room. Traditionally, it's faster and more stable. You also didn't mention security, which should always be considered with wireless.

My home network has many systems, many of which are older and don't support the latest Wifi6A or 7 speeds, which is part of why I go wired. I still feel it's more stable, but I do recognise plenty of improvements in wireless tech.

1. WiFi
2. It's more convenient - I have cell tower based internet. My modem/router sits in a window for the best reception, and that window isn't near my computers. I do have a long enough ethernet cable to connect it that way, but it would get in the way.
3. If the modem/router were closer, I'd be using ethernet because of its stability advantages over WiFi. There's no concern over signal interference this way. Thankfully, I haven't as of yet had any WiFi stability issues.
