Anyone experiencing constant "file Corrupted" errors

Post by tzehia@att.net »

Randomly my icons go blank. Upon clicking on them i get "the file is corrupted or unreadable' MESSAGE. I can usually reinstall the app and all is good - for a few days! I ran CHKDSK /R and MEMTEST. Both appeared to be clean. Is this a windows 11 bug or ??? MS Edge, Zoom and Paintshop are the usual suspects.

Thanks

Hey Tony,

I've seen this on Windows before, but it's not a specific miniPC issue. Standard Windows troubleshooting should apply. Try the steps here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/top ... 6e85d4094e

Do you have any idea what happened before this started? A power outage, unexpected system shut down, for example?
