TANK M1A Mini PC - BIOS Settings

Hello Team members, I just got a TANK M1A Mini PC with below specs
It's INTEL i7 and not i9 as shown here
Brand - Ace Magic
Model - TANK M1A
Processor - Intel Core i7 12th Gen 12700H
Operating System - Windows 11 Pro
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
RAM Size - 32 GB DDR5
SSD Capacity - 1TB
Video Connectivity - HDMI 2.0 x 2, DP 1.4 x 1
USB Connectivity - USB 3.2 x 5 Ports, USB 4.0 x 1
Country of Origin - China
I changed some settings in BIOS but since doing that I don't see any display output from the machine
To be precise I disabled onboard Display adaptor (Intel) to use Discrete Display adaptor (Nvidia RTX 3080) to play high end Games as Windows 11 was using Intel Iris Graphic card instead of Nvidia RTX 3080
Please advise how to access the BIOS settings now to reset the settings?

Another forum member did the same thing: disabled the built-in graphics from the BIOS, and was no longer able to see anything. You can see the resolution in this forum thread: https://minipcunion.com/viewtopic.php?t=5518

You could also try opening the system and removing the CMOS battery to clear the BIOS settings.

Personally, I'd suggest against using the BIOS to force graphics. You should be able to do it from Windows or the program.
