my mini pc (AD03) restarts after power on continuously. I turn on the pc, it beeps, the bios screen appears and it restarts.
What can I do?

Are you able to get into the BIOS? It sounds like it's having a problem finding a boot device, so try going into the BIOS to see what's found.
Or, even when you go into the BIOS, does it still automatically reboot?
If you can get into the BIOS, try booting from a USB drive and see how far you can get. It sounds like you might have a problem with your primary boot drive.
