ACPI errors in Linux

Post by jn1 »

Hi. I have the CK-10 i5-12450H
I am running Linux on this box which is working well, but I get a lot of ACPI errors.
I was wondering if there was a firmware update which might address these errors.

The current firmware does not have much identifying information (populated with 'Default string' and 'To Be Filled By O.E.M.') but does say:

Version: 5.26
Release Date: 09/20/2023

Thanks

Unfortunately, "Default String" is pretty much the default, no pun intended. There is no firmware which populates the serial number or anything like that with an actual number.

Having said this, hopefully someone who uses Linux on their CK-10 can suggest a workaround.
