Dead AM07 - no nothing when DC connected

Hello,
my AM07 nipogi suddenly shut down and since then nothing is working anymore. Power supply seems to give 18.9V, but the PC stays without reaction when i plug in the cord. Any idea where to look at? Strange thing is, when i measure on the DC connector, i get ~0.6V with the powwer supply connected. Shouldnt that be ~19V? Any circuit diagram available?

I wouldn't expect a circuit diagram or similar to be found in these forums. I would suggest going through tech support for assistance - either through your seller, or contact Barry on these forums for direct assistance.
