Hello,
I bought a NiPoGi CK10 MiniPC last September 23 and it has been running smoothly until a few days ago when it started to fail to turn on by pressing the power button. I had to unplug it and plug it back in and that's how I got it to start.
I have seen in other similar posts that the proposed solution is to press the reset button for between 5 and 10 seconds, which seems to reset the BIOS. I have done this, but the power button still does not work.
So far I have managed to set the BIOS to boot when plugged in, so at least it boots when I plug it in, but the power button still doesn't work.
Is there any further procedure or BIOS update that needs to be installed to fix the problem?
Regards,
CK10 not turning on
Re: CK10 not turning on
If your PC requires reconnecting the power to start, please check whether the power button functions properly and has normal elasticity. If the button appears to be functioning correctly, the issue may be related to an internal hardware fault.
