I don't blame you for getting impatient, as it's been a week and you definitely should have had a reply by now. I'd send barry another PM. I'd also send him an email, at barry@minipcunion.com, to be double sure.

Also, though I don't know if this will do any good because of it being outside of the normal time for doing so, I'd reach out to the seller on Amazon about the issue and see if they can do anything.
