ACEPC T11 request previous Bios with advanced options.

Hi, I just received an ACEPC T11 and was disappointed that the bios literally has zero options to adjust anything.

Current Bios: American Megatrends 5.011 UEFI 2.4; PI 1.3, BIOS ID T8U007 (Should this be T11?)

I've seen videos and pictures of a bios that has all kinds of features that can be adjusted.

I flashed a bios file from these forums, same version that I had installed, and:

1. It removed the ACEPC splash screen on boot.
2. It removed the SECURE BOOT Page. So, now I can't disable SECURE BOOT to install Linux.
3. There was something else that was removed, but I can't remember. It was something like "ftpm".

Can someone please send me:

1. The bios prior to the newest one? The one with the advanced features showing? I've seen in an old post that a mod has this. Instructions as well.
2. I'd also like the newest bios with the ACEPC Splash screen as well.

First, you should never flash a BIOS unless you know for sure that it's the right one for your particular PC. A single model may have more than one BIOS due to differences in the build and components over time, and incompatibility is possible.

Having said this, you can try contacting barry, a tech for the company, to see if he has a different one available. His email is barry@minipcunion.com. However, because ACEPC is a discontinued brand and the T11 an old model, he may not, but it would still be worth asking. When it concerns a BIOS, he often asks for a snapshot of the main BIOS page, so I would include that. It's also possible that he'll need some revision info from the motherboard, but I wouldn't bother with that at this point, as he may not.
