Announcement: Issues with Upgrading AM06 Pro to Windows 11 24H2

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by issues related to upgrading AM06 Pro to Windows 11 24H2. Based on our initial investigation, it appears that the problems may be linked to the system version update. To prevent potential disruptions, we recommend postponing the update for now.

Rest assured, we are actively collaborating with our supplier to verify and resolve this matter. As soon as a fix is confirmed, we will promptly provide you with a solution.

If you experience a blue screen error, the system will automatically create a folder named "Minidump" after the crash. To help us identify the cause, please compress the contents of this folder and email it to us at barry@minipcunion.com for further analysis. You can find the folder at the following location: `C:\Windows\Minidump`.

For customers who have already updated and encountered issues, we suggest either rolling back to an earlier system version or performing a clean installation of Windows 11 23H2.

Interesting. I've not had any issue with 24H2 on my AM06 Pro. I have the Ryzen 5 5600U version.

The Problem is not Windows , its an driver Problem, without NX Mode in Bios Windows 11 24H2 works fine.
Would be nice you can fix this

I am updating mine right now. If it crashes i will get the dump file.
My BIOS settings are default except for automatic boot when power is supplied.

I updated a batch of AM06 Pro units purchased over time, and the ones having issues with the update are those with the 5825U processor and BIOS revision dated December 6.

These units have problems with virtualization and booting with Windows 24H2, and result in a blue screen when running CPU-ID benchmark - It would be great to have a solution if this is not a hardware issue.
