It has to be the internal Wi-Fi 6. Ever since I disabled the built-in one and plugged in this dongle, I’ve had no sound issues. I have the 24H2.btw.

How did you disable the internal WiFi? I disabled the adapter through the Device Manager, but it didn't make any difference.

I swear to you, disabling it in the settings " Settings, Network, advanced network setings, then disaable the Wi-Fi 6" was like flipping a light switch. As soon as I hit the button, the static and pulsing beep just stopped. I had the USB Wi-Fi adapter, so I plugged it in and let Windows do its thing. No feedback anymore. I ran some internet speed tests and even switched back to test it. The noise came back, and my speeds were terrible.

As far as I know, Wi-Fi 6 is a lot better than Wi-Fi 5, but with Wi-Fi 5 active, well, you've seen the speeds I posted.
I plan on getting a Wi-Fi 6 Dongle, hoping my speeds get even better.

Good Luck. I hope you find a fix.
